Precise Temperature Control: The independent thermostatic control on each tank lets you adjust the temperature from 122°F to 392°F (50-200°C). A thermal shutdown mechanism is in place to automatically cut off power if the oil reaches 446°F/230°C. Plus, timers are included to ensure perfect cooking durations.
