The Japanese-style santoku is made for slicing, dicing and mincing, and this KIYOSHI version adds a Damascus-inspired blade with a dragon motif.
- Fully forged Japanese stainless steel 420J2
- Damascus-inspired blade with a signature dragon motif
- Double-bevel blade tapered to a 15–20° angle and finished with a Japanese leather sharpening process
- Ice-hardened and tempered to 53 HRC on the Rockwell hardness scale
- Full tang construction
